 Every so often a shoot will come along that just plays out so perfectly....from the weather, to the model, the locations: everything. Well, when Miss Lakyn and I went out and explored Busiek State Forest, it was just that. Perfect. She's absolutely one of the most beautiful girls I know, so I was immediately excited for this shoot. And she's a trooper, lemme tell ya. She spent basically the entire time barefoot walking around the woods, crossing creeks, and climbing all over rocks and fallen trees. Not to mention trying to stay out of plain view of the campers and day hikers...
I've been so excited to share some of these, but had to put it off for awhile because this shoot was a surprise for her boyfriend's birthday! Crafty lil Lakyn even made a leather bound book for the photos! How cool!
Well, Happy Birthday, Taylor! You have the sweetest and most gorgeous girl!

Brady + Ashley Jo

I got to meet up with these cuties earlier this month and take a hike, get some photos, and generally just goof off. Nothin' better! I've had the privilege of watching Brady grow up from just a little fella, to the strapping young man you see here today, and I sure can't imagine someone better for him than Miss Ashley. Both incredibly talented, sweet, full of life, and definitely full of laughter. You guys are the very best. Thanks for an excellent shoot.
